About the Role

This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • File Management: Create, track, and maintain files, bundles, and databases.
  • Document Preparation: Complete standard letters, forms, and documents, draft acknowledgments and confirmations.
  • Post and Inventory Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, track stationery and supplies, and distribute supplies around the office.
  • Data Entry and Cash Handling: Accurately update systems, track data completeness, and manage simple cash handling.
  • Equipment Operation: Use office technology, including computers, scanners, photocopiers, and switchboards.
  • Reception and Event Planning: Prepare rooms for hearings, meetings, and trials, welcome parties to court.

This role involves creating and updating records on our in-house computer system, requiring strong data inputting skills.

The successful candidate will work flexibly and undertake additional general office admin duties as required.

Essential Requirements:
  • Fast and accurate data inputting skills, general IT skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

5 GCSE's including maths and English or equivalent.

37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Salary: £11.44 per hour.
