About the Role: People and Culture Administrator

This position is integral to the day-to-day management of our administrative activities. As a People and Culture Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the people agenda in Store.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating tasks related to recruitment, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and engagement & wellbeing.
  • Line management of P&C Administrators, prioritizing workload, coaching, and developing on administration tasks.
  • Collaboration with the Store Management Team and the Store People & Culture Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating administrative tasks related to People & Culture.

  • Collaboration with the Store Management Team.
