Care Home Deputy Manager

As a Care Home Deputy Manager at Barchester, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional care to residents. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams to provide the best possible quality of life for residents.
Main Responsibilities- Ensuring care standards are met through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance monitoring
- Motivating your team to deliver high-quality care
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve goals
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in helping residents with different health needs, a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management. You must also be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
