Care Team Leader Opportunity

As a Care Team Leader at Runwood Care Homes, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills of our care team. Your leadership expertise will enable you to work closely with the Home Manager to create effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering medications to residents
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement care plans
  • Mentoring staff to improve their skills and knowledge
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
