  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager">
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews">
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of residents while creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment">

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Care Assistant, you should have:

  • ">
  • An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care">
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly">
  • A warm-hearted, compassionate, and commitment to giving individualised care and support">
