Our Bank Care Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for a rewarding and challenging career in healthcare. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will have the flexibility to work on a variety of shifts, covering both day and night duties, and will be an integral part of our care team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents
You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can look forward to a competitive salary of £13,150 - £15,100 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 12.07% bank worker enhancement.
