Senior Carer Role Summary
This position involves supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants to deliver quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You'll work closely with the Deputy General Manager to achieve this goal.

Main Responsibilities
You'll supervise and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting them in their roles. Additionally, you'll assist the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. Your understanding of clinical care for the elderly is essential for this position.

Requirements and Qualifications
To join us as a Night Senior Carer, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We value compassion, warmth, and a commitment to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
