Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Care Home Deputy Manager, supporting the delivery of quality care services and promoting the well-being of our residents.

About the Opportunity

As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best possible quality of life for every resident. This will involve setting high standards, monitoring progress, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in helping residents with different health needs, a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.

Salary and Benefits
