Care Home Community Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Lead to join our Residential Care Homes at Barchester Healthcare. As a Community Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their independence, privacy, dignity, and choice are respected.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level care experience, having supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for older adults. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is also required, along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
You will be responsible for leading and supervising our team of Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care. You will also be involved in some clinical responsibilities, including recording observations on weight and blood pressure, and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
