Care Home Deputy Manager Job Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life. You will lead by example, monitor standards through regular audits, and develop strategies to achieve your goals.

You will also be responsible for managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as having some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
