About the Role

As a Night Senior Carer at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of dedicated care assistants. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, care planning, and resident reviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, person-centered care and support.

Your Responsibilities

About You

\

To be successful in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
