About the Role

We are looking for a qualified chef who is driven by quality and has a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Regional Bank Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh seasonal produce to deliver high-quality dishes, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality food delivery.
  2. Work with fresh seasonal produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, cooked to the highest standards.
  3. Create a warm and welcoming environment within our home, ensuring residents feel valued and cared for.
  4. Work within budget, managing stock control and completing regular audits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Assist in leading and motivating a team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
