About the Role

We are looking for a qualified chef who is driven by quality and has a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Regional Bank Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh seasonal produce to deliver high-quality dishes, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality food delivery.
  2. Work with fresh seasonal produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, cooked to the highest standards.
  3. Create a warm, efficient, and fun environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
  4. Work within budget, managing stock control and completing regular audits.
  5. Assist in leading and motivating a team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
