Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to join our senior culinary team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen teams, developing menus, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations. You will be a strong leader with excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills, able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a dynamic kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management and budgeting.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Meticulous organizational abilities and a high attention to detail.
