About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Executive Head Chef to join our senior culinary team at WSH Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and developing a high-quality food service that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences
  • Lead a dynamic kitchen team by example, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and efficiency
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and service
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused environment
  • Ability to manage, train, and support a team of culinary professionals
  • Financial acumen, with experience in creating and maintaining budgets and driving commercial performance
  • Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
