About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Craft imaginative and nutritionally balanced menus that cater to diverse tastes, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs of our students.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic kitchen team by example, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and support a team.
  • Financial Acumen: Financially astute, with the ability to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
  • Coaching and Influencing: Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills.
  • Organisational Ability: Meticulous organisational abilities and a high attention to detail.
