Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Roots Hospitality Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our expanding casual dining brand.

About the Role

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our GM's to manage kitchen operations, inventory, and staff development
  • Recruit, train, and coach a talented team of chefs to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality branded operation or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations
