- Profit & Loss Responsibility: Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
- Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
- Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting experience
- Proven commercial acumen with a strong track record of delivering solutions
- Strong understanding of risk profiles and mitigation options
- Demonstrable experience of consultative sales
- Experience in project costings and managing margins
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
