About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires an experienced Registered General Nurse with expertise in administering cytotoxic drugs and conducting comprehensive clinical assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver one-to-one care to patients receiving chemotherapy treatments
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and monitor patients' responses
- Provide education and support to patients and their families about chemotherapy treatments, potential side effects, and self-care measures
- NMC-registered nurse with full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience in administering chemotherapy treatments and conducting clinical assessments
- Cytotoxic drug administration qualification
- Estimated salary: £43,000 + paid enhancements and benefits
- 25 days annual holiday plus 8 bank holidays
