We are currently seeking a Strategic Client Relationship Manager whose primary objective will be to cultivate enduring partnerships with major strategic clients across various customer segments, or a specified number of segments, encompassing the full range of professional product offerings. This role will be home-based, requiring the successful candidate to reside within designated postal areas.

The Strategic Client Relationship Manager will act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of our solutions tailored to client requirements. This position involves managing and nurturing client accounts to foster and sustain favorable relationships, while also providing local support to significant clients with assistance from the Direct Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, engage with existing clients, evaluate their needs, and recommend suitable products and services, while promoting offerings and finalizing orders.
  • Address client inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits, and fulfill sales orders to achieve revenue objectives. Serve as the primary contact and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Research and connect with potential clients, establishing positive relationships that will lead to future sales and repeat business.
  • Relay sales leads, customer feedback, and insights on competitor activities to relevant contacts within the organization to adapt to evolving market conditions and client demands.
  • Set annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales objectives and organize personal activities to ensure these targets are met. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and forecast key account metrics.
  • Prepare proposals, update digital client records, and provide weekly updates on the sales pipeline for accurate forecasting.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English.
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
