About the Role

We are recruiting for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Aftersales department as Apprentice Aftersales Customer Advisors.

Location: Multiple UK locations

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

As an Apprentice Aftersales Customer Advisor, you will work in various areas of our Aftersales department, gaining a well-rounded understanding of how the department operates. You will communicate with customers through different channels and work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will also engage with workshop technicians to provide parts for vehicles in repair. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and planning workloads to ensure accurate information.
  • Liaising with workshops to obtain required parts.
  • Receiving, issuing, and controlling stock.
  • Caring for customers bringing in their vehicles for service or repair.
  • Sourcing parts using catalogs and internal systems.
  • Communicating with customers about their vehicle's progress.
  • Advising on faults or repairs and providing clear solutions.
  • Preparing customer reports and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Gained GCSEs 4-9 in Maths, English, and one other subject (or equivalent).
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An interest in digital knowledge and skills development.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and listen to instructions.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  • Capacity to use initiative and ask questions when needed.

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
