Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our elevator and escalator systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all technical issues related to lifts and escalators.
  • Collaborate with other branches to provide support and diagnosis for complex technical issues.
  • Provide coaching and development to colleagues on technical matters.
Requirements
  • Hold a NVQ 4 or equivalent qualification in lift servicing and repairs.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • Be a committed professional with safety as your top priority.
  • Be comfortable communicating with others.
  • Be adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Be proficient in using electronic and digital tools.
