Bright Purple is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a member of the End User Support team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the hospitality sector with their technical issues, ensuring their systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with technical issues, providing timely and professional support
  • Take responsibility for cases, ensuring timely updates and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as the first point of contact for all support queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  • Help create and maintain user documentation and guides

Requirements

  • Previous client-facing experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Hospitality experience would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Swedish is highly desirable
