Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Overseeing the prescription delivery and management system
  • Filing of electronic documents
  • Review, upload and update registration forms
  • Minuting meetings
  • Ordering and managing office stock items
  • Responsible for daily reception lists
  • Supporting the tracking of complaints and their responses
  • Managing the monthly compliments newsletter
  • Supporting Operational Team members with collation of documents
  • Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared before and after clinics
  • Supporting clinicians with administrative functions for report sharing, uploading and collation
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Private practice or psychiatry-clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
