  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the LFC Foundation, schools, and funders.
  • Manage relationships with school leads and other stakeholders to support young people identified for the programme.
  • Develop and manage a timetable that is inclusive of all participants, incorporating group work and one-to-one mentoring sessions when required.
  • Ensure adherence to LFC Foundation, school, and partner safeguarding procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to LFC Foundation, school, and partner risk assessment procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, capturing data accurately in line with programme reporting procedures.
  • Continuously assess and improve programme quality, ensuring high-level performance is maintained.
  • Manage risk across schools to ensure the safety of all young people and staff.
  • Support other areas of the LFC Foundation as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in planning and delivering educational sessions, including working with vulnerable children and young people.
