About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth and Schools Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality secondary school programme across Merseyside, focusing on supporting vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver educational curriculum that aligns with the National Curriculum and the philosophy of the Liverpool FC Foundation.
  • Work closely with schools and stakeholders to identify and support young people who require additional support.
  • Manage relationships with schools and other partners to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.
  • Develop and manage a timetable that is inclusive and engaging for all participants.
  • Ensure the programme is delivered in line with the Liverpool FC Foundation's safeguarding procedures and risk assessment protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate the programme's effectiveness, capturing data and reporting on progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in planning and delivering educational sessions, working with vulnerable children and young people. You will also have knowledge of the National Curriculum and inclusive youth work practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
