School Community Relationship Manager

About the Role:
Milk Education is seeking a Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, football clubs, and youth organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for schools, football clubs, and youth organizations
- Build and nurture long-lasting partnerships with these organizations
- Oversee the planning and execution of events with schools and community partners
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to integrate community engagement into broader brand messaging
- Track and report on the impact of community initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community management, relationship building, or educational program coordination
- Familiarity with the education sector and experience working with schools, youth organizations, or public speakers
- Strong project management skills and ability to organize large events and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
