School & Community Team Lead

Milk Education is seeking a Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, football clubs, and youth organizations. You will also oversee the planning and execution of events with these partners, ensuring all elements run smoothly and align with Milk's brand values.
Purpose-Driven Relationship Building:- Act as the primary point of contact for schools, football clubs, and youth organizations, building and nurturing long-lasting partnerships.
- Proactively build community relationships, ensuring confidence in meeting and speaking to new people.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events with schools and community partners, ensuring all elements run smoothly and align with Milk's brand values.
- Serve as an advocate for Milk within the community, ensuring feedback from schools, clubs, and ambassadors is communicated back to internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to integrate community engagement into broader brand messaging.
- Gather feedback from schools, clubs, and speakers after events to assess satisfaction and improve future engagements.
- Track and report on the impact of community initiatives, providing regular updates on key metrics such as participation, engagement, and long-term relationship outcomes.
We are open to people with a varied background, but sector knowledge in education, education training, education recruitment, or charity partnerships is desirable. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community management, relationship building, or educational program coordination.
Familiarity with the education sector and experience working with schools, youth organizations, or public speakers is essential. Strong project management skills, capable of organizing large events and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to track relationships and progress.
