School Community Relationship Manager

Milk Education is seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, clubs, and community partners. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, clubs, and community partners
- Coordinate events and activities with a dynamic team of keynote speakers and brand ambassadors
- Manage the end-to-end process for speaker bookings, including scheduling, venues, and materials
- Oversee the planning and execution of events with schools and community partners
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to integrate community engagement into broader brand messaging
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community management, relationship building, or educational program coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, capable of organizing large events and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to track relationships and progress
