Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our team at HMP&YOI New Hall. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and effective administration service that supports contract monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain accurate and efficient data recording systems for finance, personnel, and learners.
  • Manage a team in an office environment, ensuring effective and efficient administration services.
  • Develop and implement data management systems to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of effective and efficient administration in a busy office environment.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
