As a key member of our Paraplanning Department, you will be responsible for processing life assurance and new business, as well as undertaking post-implementation activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing post-implementation activities for all new business
- Processing protection business and ensuring its completion
- Supporting advisers, clients, and their PAs with queries
- Actioning letters of authority and obtaining plan information from product providers
- Building positive working relationships with clients over the phone
- Accurately updating and maintaining our CRM system
Requirements include:
- 12-24 months experience in financial services administration
- A well-spoken, confident, and polite telephone manner
- Strong organisation and timekeeping skills
