Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing effective, efficient, and confidential administrative and clerical services to support the smooth running of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including data entry, report preparation, and referral processing.
  • Contribute to the accurate and timely inputting of data to our client information system.
  • Support the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Process referrals efficiently and accurately, adhering to standard administrative procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication and recording procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Good general education to GCSE grade C or equivalent.
  • Either RSA II or ECDL qualification.
  • Excellent word processing skills and understanding of database operations.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Desirable criteria include NVQ Level 2 Administration or Customer Care, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
