At Digital Waffle, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Senior team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, ensuring efficient use of executives' time
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executives in decision-making processes
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, expense tracking, and budget management
  • Assist with simple IT queries and liaise with the IT Helpdesk team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities
  • Previous experience in supporting C-level executives is highly desirable
  • Background or knowledge of the Agriculture industry is desirable
