About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Administrator who can also undertake paraplanning duties to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for all aspects of administration for new and existing business, assisting the advisers to prepare for client meetings, liaising with product providers, and utilising back office systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to IFAs and their clients, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings, including preparing and writing reports.
  • Liaise with product providers and utilise back office systems.
  • Involved with paraplanning duties to assist advisers to prepare best advice for clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of supporting financial advisers.
  • Good understanding of financial planning, particularly investments and pensions.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
