Job Title: HR Administrator

Your new company is a highly respected and sought-after construction firm in the North West, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's HR operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange onboarding documentation and update the HR database
  • Input contractor hours for payroll processing
  • Process P45's for leavers and support with right to work checks
  • Support with job adverts, maternity and paternity requests, and company policy updates
Requirements:
  • HR, Recruitment, or Vetting administration experience
  • Confident and experienced administrator with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal stakeholder enquiries
  • Availability with no notice for this immediate need
What You'll Get:
  • Full-time working hours Monday - Friday (office based) with access to ample free on-site parking
  • Hourly rate of £12.50 + holiday pay, negotiable for stand-out experience
  • Minimum of 6 weeks work available with potential for further work
