About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the HR operation, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange onboarding documentation and update the HR database
  • Input contractor hours for payroll processing and process P45's for leavers
  • Support with right to work checks and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with the posting of job adverts and processing maternity and paternity requests
  • Update company policies and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HR, Recruitment or Vetting administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with iTrent or similar HR systems (training can be provided)
