Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients' payrolls, processing statutory payments and pensions, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients' payrolls, including weekly, bi-weekly, 4-weekly, and monthly payrolls
  • Process all statutory payments and pensions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience of IRIS Star and a bureau environment is essential
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory payments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
