Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Impact Recruitment Services. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders nationwide
  • Deal with customer queries via phone and email, including those regarding deliveries, pricing, invoices, backorders, and product availability
  • Perform daily and ad-hoc administration tasks, including matching invoices to delivery notes, posting to customers, and requesting/tracking prescriptions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Efficient administration skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • IT literate, including Excel and Word
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential
