About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders and manage customer orders from start to finish
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, take payment, and arrange delivery
  • Process credit card payments and administer new product insurance cases
  • Book customer orders for delivery with various carriers and external engineering partners
  • Respond to customer emails and ensure all customer correspondence is handled in a timely fashion
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including KPI reporting
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
Working Hours

This is a full-time role working Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and a 5pm finish on Fridays.
