About the Role
The Store Leader will be responsible for leading a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in the store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
- Work closely with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for fashion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
