Job Description
Jackson Fire & Security is rapidly expanding its operations across the UK, making it an exciting time to join our company. As a Service Engineer Manager, you will be based at our Head Office in Mold, North Wales, working standard hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to support business needs.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of lone working field-based Fire & Security Engineers and the Operations office
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive customer service, retention, and growth
- Manage, motivate, and support field engineers directly
- Allocate work and ensure completion within agreed timescales
- Monitor and report on key deliverables and KPIs in line with NSI and BAFE accreditations and business targets

Person Specification
- Proven experience of hands-on direct management of a team of Engineers or similar
- Highly driven and motivated with ability to multitask daily
- Attention to detail is essential in this role
- People management and motivation of lone working engineers
- Strong commercial acumen
- Clear, effective, and influential communication skills at all levels
