About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our team at Sodexo, working with our prestigious client on an iconic account at their Campus in Kingston Upon Thames.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and performance targets, delivering services in line with the business ethos and innovative solutions to the client's expectations.
  • Ensure high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and contract retention, complying with Sodexo procedures, health & safety, and all legislative requirements.
  • Take responsibility for determining and delivering remedial action where the satisfaction level has not achieved target.
  • Ensure that cleaning and hygiene standards are understood by the team and implemented at all times.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and the Environment on work activities, ensuring actions comply with statutory and contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience of customer service and customer relationship management.
  • Pro-active attitude and flexibility in relation to duties and working hours.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • IT & systems literate, with the use of IT systems to provide/monitor data within the Quality Assurance and other management reporting systems.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and delivering stock control mechanisms.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably providing presentations.
  • Experience with disciplinaries and good level of English & Maths.
  • Strong interest in fitness & gym and well-experienced with MS packages (Spreadsheets and emails).
Desirable Qualifications
  • IOSH qualification.
  • Health & Safety.
  • Full UK Drivers' Licence, as the role will include travel to other sites.
