Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and mobilize FM services to ensure seamless delivery of projects
- Manage commercial risks associated with costs and contracts, identifying and mitigating potential issues
- Support the development of project requests, analyze information, and manage end-to-end cost management duties
- Negotiate with contractors and clients to verify actual costs versus set budgets
- Liaise with clients, end-users, accounts, operations, and senior team colleagues to ensure works meet legal and compliance standards
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in construction or Hard maintenance environment
- Ability to balance day-to-day performance with longer-term opportunities
- Customer service experience and effective communication skills
- Project cost control, risk management, and compliance expertise
- Experience in managing budgets and project finance
- Effective organization, coordination, and planning skills
- Maintain good client relations, internal and external
- Governance and adherence to processes
- Supply chain management experience
- Influencing people and negotiation skills
- IT skills using Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail
- Degree level or equivalent in FM (Technical bias preferred)
- Up to 10% Annual Bonus
