Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals as a Team Leader. As part of the leadership team, you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellent services.

We are looking for a person who will:

  • lead and coordinate a team of recovery practitioners, to work in partnership with other stakeholders and to co-lead with the development and maintenance of high-quality service provision.
  • take a lead in specific designated areas of the service, including deputising for any other manager when required.

This role promises to offer new challenges and opportunities within a supportive local and national context. As part of our service structure, you will have the opportunity to build on existing service strengths, drive new developments, and make a positive impact.

The Service

Our Adult Drug and Alcohol Services in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames are high performing, ambitious, and extremely well regarded by stakeholders and the local community. As a Team Leader, you will be part of our service team and contribute to the delivery of excellent services.

Location

Our services are based at the Surbiton Health Centre and operate at locations across the borough. You will be working as part of a supportive and friendly team, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
