Job Description

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of production staff to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and developing a production team to achieve targets, maximise line efficiency, and safeguard safety and quality
  • Managing daily operations, including supervising production staff, monitoring productivity, and controlling costs
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Coordinating training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in leading and mentoring a team of at least 20 people
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
