Residential Surveying Professional

Line Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Residential Surveying Professional to provide professional services to clients across the UK. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to interpret and analyse survey data.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting residential and commercial surveys
- Analysing data and preparing detailed reports
- Managing caseloads and prioritising tasks effectively
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience post-qualification, strong knowledge of residential properties, and excellent presentation and report writing skills. We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
