About the Role:

Servisource Limited is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our residential care team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with experience in caring for young people with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in implementing effective staff rotas and coverage strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to address care deficits and enhance staff skills.
  • Collaborate with the management team to maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Manage pre-admission assessments, care plans, and records for young people.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Support the development of young people through participation in social activities and education.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Leadership and Management (Diploma level 5 or above).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with childcare regulations and policies.
  • Previous experience in residential care settings.
  • Able to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Valid full driving license.

Salary Information: Estimated salary range: £38,000 - £50,000 per year.
