- Salary: £11.92 per hour (£24,173 base salary)
- Annual Leave: 224 hours (5.6 weeks)
- Bonuses: Up to 10 sleep ins per month, paid at £30 per sleep (approx. £3,600 per year)

Responsibilities:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-18 with varying levels of social, emotional, and mental health needs.
You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the young people's needs are met, and they receive the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check
- Minimum two references covering the past two years
