The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site costs and budgets, providing accurate cost estimates, and managing project lifecycles across multiple residential developments in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:



  • 3 years of experience in quantity surveying on residential development projects
  • Developer, subcontractor, or main contractor background
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:


The salary for this role is £62,500 per annum, with opportunities for performance-related bonuses and private healthcare.


Other benefits include a company car allowance, fuel card, and 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
