Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy-related matters
  • Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and support staff
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacies, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
